In order to establish new service per city ordinance, under normal circumstance, a $50 minimum deposit must be paid. A customer application, along with a valid picture ID and a copy of your signed lease agreement/utility sheet (if applicable) are also required.
When your application and utility service deposit payment has been received, City personnel will complete the application process and establish your new utility services. You will receive an email confirmation with your new utility account information when the application process is complete. The email confirmation will also include information about any additional utility service deposit amounts due and due date.
