    2. What is YCPA?

The Youth Citizen Police Academy (YCPA) is a free summer camp for Northwest Arkansas students in the 5th grade through the 12th grade. Through generous donations like yours, we have been able to put on this camp for years. We teach students about policing, the fire department, our ambulance service (Central EMS), and trail survival. Each student from 7th through 12th grade gets certified in CPR and is taught Stop the Bleed. We also provide meals for each student each day and go on various field trips. All of these are free to students. We enjoy spending time with our young community members. Thank you for your consideration and willingness to donate to this program.
