This connection will provide an alternate route for vehicles wanting to avoid the congested Joyce Blvd./College Ave. intersection.

The Bid Opening was held November 4, 2020 and Crossland Heavy Contractors was the low bidder. City Council has approved awarding the contract to Crossland Heavy Contractors after receiving concurrence from ARDOT.
Construction is complete.

How is it Funded?
Funding for the project comes from the Bond issue that voters approved in April 2019, and from federal aid funding distributed through the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission.
