Fayette Junction Neighborhood Plan

The Fayette Junction Master Plan was the second complete neighborhood plan, adopted in the Spring of 2009, as a part of City Plan 2025. Over 100 citizens participated in the development of the plan through a series of public events including a hands-on design workshop. Several themes repeated by participants eventually became the tenants of the final vision document:

  • Integrate the built and natural environments
  • Create a clean-tech cluster
  • Support multi-modal transit
