CITY REMINDS BUSINESSES TO RENEW BUSINESS LICENSE
 

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark—The City of Fayetteville is reminding businesses to renew their Business Licenses by October 31 to avoid late fees. The renewal fee is $15 and can be paid online or by mail through October 31, 2020.
 
Since 2011, all businesses, including home-based businesses, within the incorporated city limits of Fayetteville must obtain a Business License unless the business qualifies for an exemption. Please visit the Business License webpage to learn more. If your business has closed or the ownership or physical location of your business has changed, please contact the Business License Clerk at 479-575-8352.
 
RENEW ONLINE
All Business Licenses can be renewed online using the City’s new EnerGov Citizen Self-Service Portal. Please visit www.fayetteville-ar.gov/mycitybusiness to renew your license. If you have not used the EnerGov system before, you will first need to register with the system to set up a user ID and password. Once logged in, you can navigate to My Licenses on your dashboard and complete the renewal process.
 
RENEW BY MAIL
Please send a check or money order, payable to the City of Fayetteville, to the address below. Please include your business license number and business name in the memo section of your payment.

Once your payment has been processed, the renewed business license will be sent to the email address listed on the license record.
