FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — A portion of the Lake Fayetteville Nature Trail near the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks is closed. Recent floodwaters have displaced a foot bridge on the nature trail requiring the closure. Crews will be working to reset the bridge and reopen the trail. During this time, trail users are asked to follow detour signage and travel on the paved surface trail around the Botanical Garden. The closed portion of the nature trail will reopen when the foot bridge has been repaired.
