City’s Community Resources Division Invites All to the
Tenth Annual CDBG in the Park
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Come celebrate with us! The City of Fayetteville’s Community Resources Division invites all to the tenth annual CDBG in the Park this Friday, July 14 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in south Fayetteville at Walker Park’s large pavilion. This yearly community picnic is open to the public and Community Resources staff will be serving up hot dogs, cool drinks, and some fun entertainment. Ice cream treats and snacks will be provided by Hiland Dairy and Little Debbie. Well-behaved pets are also welcome!
CDBG in the Park is an opportunity for the City’s Community Development Block Grant program (CDBG) to provide information to citizens about the programs that CDBG has to offer and to celebrate its investment in the community. Local organizations and businesses will also be at the event to provide information about the services they offer. Everyone is invited to participate in a day of free, family-friendly activities.
For more information about CDBG in the Park or any CDBG program, please call the Community Resources Division at 479-575-8260. Or visit the City’s website here to learn more about the Community Resources Division.
