FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The Fayetteville Fire Marshals’ Office and the Arkansas State Fire Marshal have approved a fireworks permit for an event at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks, located at 4703 N. Crossover Road. The City has also approved a noise variance for the fireworks display. The display will be on Tuesday, October 10 from approximately 7:30 to 7:45 p.m.
The City of Fayetteville now publishes a media release regarding approved firework displays so that citizens can make accommodations for individuals and animals affected by displays.
