Fayetteville Animal Services Hosts
Holiday Open House with Santa and $10 Adoptions
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Fayetteville Animal Services is hosting a Holiday Open House that includes an adoption special and photos with Santa this Saturday, December 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lib Horn Animal Shelter.
“This is a busy time of year and we want to encourage people who are thinking about adopting a pet for the holidays to do so now – when there is a little more time to commit for training and bonding with a new pet,” said Justine Lentz, animal services superintendent. Animal Services is offering a special $10 adoption fee for all available cats and dogs Saturday.
In addition to reduced pet adoption fees, the big man himself, Santa Claus, is stopping by the shelter to take photos with kids and pets!  Photos are free and you will receive an electronic copy via email after the event. Santa will be at the shelter from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
“We would love to show off this year’s facility improvements,” stated programs administrator, Joni Mosher, “We also really enjoy catching up with past adopters and meeting new folks!”
