Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor, as a participant and in cooperation with the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force, announced the January 2019 results on continued drug enforcement efforts. During the month of January, the 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force made 21 drug related arrests for the following offenses: 1 individual was arrested for Trafficking a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine 7 individuals were arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance (2 of the above individuals were also charged with Simultaneous Possession of Drugs/Firearms and Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited) 7 individuals were arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (3 of the above individuals were also charged with Simultaneous Possession of Drugs/Firearms and 1 was charged with Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited) 5 individuals was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance 1individuals were arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia The 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force seized/purchased the following items of evidence during the month of January: 3,794.54 grams of methamphetamine 89.57 grams of heroin 25.33 grams of cocaine 1,020.25 grams of marijuana 12 doses of LSD 412 doses of scheduled pharmaceuticals (of which 160.5 were opioids) 9 Firearms $19,304.00 in U.S. Currency The Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force is comprised of officer representing Farmington, Fayetteville, Greenland, Goshen, Lincoln, Prairie Grove, Springdale and West Fork Police Departments and deputies from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
