FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.— The inaugural season for the
Walker Park Splash Pad closes this Sunday, September 22 at 8 p.m. Parks and Recreation Department staff said the season was very successful and the facility was more popular than expected. The splash pad will reopen on Saturday, May 9, 2020.
Construction on the City’s second splash pad begins in 2020 at Gulley Park with an opening expected in 2021. The splash pad is one of many improvements being made at Gulley Park. To learn more, please visit this
