Do we draft utility bills from checking and/or savings accounts?

Yes, but there are some requirements. We can only draft on accounts where our utility customer's name and the checking and/or savings account are the same name. Your utility account must be at a zero balance in order to begin drafting.

To set up automatic payments made directly from your bank account, fill out the ACH form (available here) and submit it, along with a voided check, to the Utilities Financial Services Division.  You may submit these materials in person, by mail, via fax, or scan the documents and send them by email.
