How many animals am I allowed to own?

It depends on the size of your property. You must have 100 square feet for every animal. That means if your house is 750 square feet you are legally allowed to own seven animals. For dogs, an enclosed yard will count toward overall square footage. There are additional ordinance requirements to ensure adequate pet care and sanitary conditions.
