What do I do if the meter isn't registering time?

If you park at a meter that does not register time when a coin is inserted, you may do one of two things. If you are can contact the Parking Management Office, (479-575-8280), while you are still at the meter, a Parking Ambassador or the Field Supervisor will be sent to assist you. If that is not possible, you must park at a different, operational meter. Otherwise, an expired meter ticket will be issued.
